Mr. Kasibante has garnered over 40 years post graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Uganda and Kenya. Mr. Kasibante has gained expertise in the construction industry with involvement in work to Educational, Health, Commercial, Industrial and residential projects for both Government and private Clients. Some of the major projects handled include Crested Towers Redevelopment, Mulago Hospital Complex Rehabilitation, Statistics House, German Embassy Residences Rehabilitation, CMI Headquarters, URA Warehouse, Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, Uganda Development Bank, Tea Factories for UTGC, Health Centres in Rakai District, IUCEA Headquarters among others.
Mr. Kasibante is a Past President of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda and was also a member of the Surveyors Registration Board.

Mr. Sendikwanawa is a holder of an MSc. Construction Project Management from the University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom (2007) and a BSc. Building Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania(2003). Wilson has ten eight years work experience in the construction industry with very keen interest in environmental design of construction projects as well as the practice of whole life costing. Wilson is also a keen Information Technologist who established and manages the firm's specialized professional cost management applications. Major projects Wilson has handled include Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, State House Entebbe, CMI Headquarters, Statistics House, Century House, Muganzirwazza Commercial Centre, Algerian Embassy, The Hub, New Buildings at ISU, DFCU Bank Fit-out, Wakefield Waste Management PFI among others.

Mrs Claire Lugaajju is a holder of a BSc. Building Economics (2010) from Kyambogo University, Uganda. Claire has experience in the construction industry in Uganda with very keen interest in the Housing Sector.
Claire has and continues to work on a variety projects including Salama Shield Education Centre in Lyantonde, Muganzirwazza Commercial Centre – Phase 2, Breast, Cervical and Cancer Ward at Nsambya Hospital, Red Chilli Lodge and Hideaway, Rehabilitation of Makerere Institute of Social Research among others.
